Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and day there are signs for people of reason. (3:190)

(They are) those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth (and pray), “Our Lord! You have not created (all of) this without purpose. Glory be to You! Protect us from the torment of the Fire. (3:191)

Our Lord! Indeed, those You commit to the Fire will be (completely) disgraced! And the wrongdoers will have no helpers. (3:192)

Our Lord! We have heard the caller to (true) belief, (proclaiming,) ‘Believe in your Lord (alone),’ so we believed. Our Lord! Forgive our sins, absolve us of our misdeeds, and allow us ˹each˺ to die as one of the virtuous. (3:193)

Our Lord! Grant us what You have promised us through Your messengers and do not put us to shame on Judgment Day—for certainly You never fail in Your promise.” (3:194)

So their Lord responded to them: “I will never deny any of you—male or female—the reward of your deeds. Both are equal in reward. Those who migrated or were expelled from their homes, and were persecuted for My sake and fought and (some) were martyred—I will certainly forgive their sins and admit them into Gardens under which rivers flow, as a reward from Allah. And with Allah is the finest reward!” (3:195)

Do not be deceived by the prosperity of the disbelievers throughout the land. (3:196)

It is only a brief enjoyment. Then Hell will be their home—what an evil place to rest! (3:197)

But those who are mindful of their Lord will be in Gardens under which rivers flow, to stay there forever—as an accommodation from Allah. And what is with Allah is best for the virtuous. (3:198)

Indeed, there are some among the People of the Book who truly believe in Allah and what has been revealed to you and what was revealed to them. They humble themselves before Allah—never trading Allah’s revelations for a fleeting gain. Their reward is with their Lord. Surely Allah is swift in reckoning. (3:199)

O believers! Patiently endure, persevere, stand on guard, and be mindful of Allah, so you may be successful. (3:200)
Hakika katika kuumbwa kwa mbingu na ardhi na kupishana kwa usiku na mchana zipo ishara kwa wenye akili. (3:190)

(Ambapo ni) wale wanaomkumbuka Mwenyezi Mungu wakiwa wamesimama, wamekaa na wamelala ubavuni mwao, na wanatafakari juu ya kuumbwa kwa mbingu na ardhi (na kuomba), “Mola wetu! Hukuumba haya yote bure. Umetakasika! Basi tuepushe na adhabu ya Moto. (3:191)

Mola wetu! Hakika Yule utakayemuingiza Motoni, basi umemdhalilisha kabisa! Na madhalimu hawatakuwa na wasaidizi. (3:192)

Mola wetu! Hakika sisi tumesikia mwitaji wa (imani ya kweli), (akitangaza,) ‘Mwaminini Mola wenu (Peke Yake),’ basi tukaamini. Mola wetu! Tusamehe dhambi zetu, tufutie makosa yetu, na utufishe pamoja na wema. (3:193)

Mola wetu! Tupe yale Uliyotuahidi kupitia Mitume Wako na usitudhalilishe Siku ya Kiyama—hakika Wewe huvunji ahadi.” (3:194)

Basi Mola wao akawajibu: “Hakika Mimi sitapoteza malipo ya yeyote miongoni mwenu—mwanamume au mwanamke—nyote ni sawa katika malipo. Basi wale waliohama au kufukuzwa kutoka majumbani mwao, na wakateswa kwa ajili Yangu, na wakapigana na (baadhi yao) wakauawa shahidi—hakika Nitawasamehe dhambi zao na Nitawaingiza katika Mabustani yapitayo mito chini yake, kuwa ni malipo kutoka kwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Na kwa Mwenyezi Mungu ndiko kulipo malipo bora zaidi!” (3:195)

Usidanganywe na mafanikio ya makafiri katika nchi mbalimbali. (3:196)

Hiyo ni starehe ya muda mfupi tu. Kisha Jahannamu ndilo makazi yao—ni pabaya mno pa kupumzika! (3:197)

Lakini wale wanaomcha Mola wao watakuwa katika Mabustani yapitayo mito chini yake, watadumu humo milele—kuwa ni makaribisho kutoka kwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Na yaliyo kwa Mwenyezi Mungu ni bora kwa wema. (3:198)

Hakika miongoni mwa Watu wa Kitabu wapo wanaomuamini Mwenyezi Mungu kwa kweli na yale yaliyoteremshwa kwako na yaliyoteremshwa kwao. Wananyenyekea mbele ya Mwenyezi Mungu—hawauzi aya za Mwenyezi Mungu kwa manufaa ya muda mfupi. Malipo yao yako kwa Mola wao. Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwepesi wa kuhesabu. (3:199)

Enyi mlioamini! Subirini kwa uvumilivu, dumuni kwa ustahimilivu, kaeni tayari, na mcheni Mwenyezi Mungu ili mpate kufaulu. (3:200)

190. Hakika katika kuumbwa mbingu na ardhi na kukhitalifiana usiku na mchana ziko Ishara kwa wenye akili,

191. Ambao humkumbuka Mwenyezi Mungu wakiwa wima na wakikaa kitako na wakilala, na hufikiri kuumbwa mbingu na ardhi, wakisema: Mola wetu Mlezi! Hukuviumba hivi bure. Subhanaka, Umetakasika! Basi tukinge na adhabu ya Moto.

192. Mola wetu Mlezi! Hakika unaye mtia Motoni umemhizi; na walio dhulumu hawana wasaidizi.

193. Mola wetu Mlezi! Hakika sisi tumemsikia mwenye kuita akiitia Imani kwamba: Muaminini Mola wenu Mlezi; nasi tukaamini. Basi tusamehe madhambi yetu, na utufutie makosa yetu, na utufishe pamoja na watu wema.

194. Mola wetu Mlezi! Na utupe uliyo tuahidi kwa Mitume wako, wala usituhizi Siku ya Kiyama. Hakika Wewe huvunji miadi.

195. Mola Mlezi wao, akayakubali maombi yao akajibu: Hakika sipotezi kazi ya mfanya kazi miongoni mwenu, akiwa mwanamume au mwanamke, kwani ni nyinyi kwa nyinyi. Basi walio hama, na walio tolewa makwao, na wakateswa katika Njia yangu, na wakapigana, na wakauliwa, kwa yakini Mimi nitawafutia makosa yao, na kwa yakini nitawaingiza katika Mabustani yanayo pita mito kati yake. Hayo ndiyo malipo yanayo toka kwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Na Mwenyezi Mungu kwake yapo malipo mema kabisa.

196. Kabisa kusikudanganye kubakia kutangatanga kwa walio kufuru katika nchi.

197. Hiyo ni starehe ndogo. Kisha makaazi yao yatakuwa Jahannamu. Na ni mahali pabaya mno pa kupumzikia.

198. Lakini walio mcha Mola wao Mlezi watapata Mabustani yanayo pita mito kati yake. Watadumu humo. Hayo ni makaribisho yao yatokayo kwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Na vilioko kwa Mwenyezi Mungu ni bora kwa watu wema.

199. Hakika miongoni mwa Watu wa Kitabu wapo wanao muamini Mwenyezi Mungu na yaliyo teremshwa kwenu na yaliyo teremshwa kwao, wakimnyenyekea Mwenyezi Mungu. Hawabadili Aya za Mwenyezi Mungu kwa thamani duni. Hao wana ujira wao kwa Mola wao Mlezi. Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwepesi wa kuhisabu.

200. Enyi mlio amini! Subirini, na shindaneni kusubiri, na kuweni macho, na mcheni Mwenyezi Mungu, ili mpate kufanikiwa.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever says ‘Subḥānallāh’ 100 times before sunrise and 100 times before sunset, it will be better than 100 camels (which are sacrificed for the sake of Allah). Whoever says ‘Alḥamdullilāh’ 100 times before sunrise and 100 times before sunset, it will be better than 100 horses on which he sends 100 warriors (in the path of Allah). Whoever says ‘Allāhu Akbar’ 100 times before sunrise and 100 times before sunset, it will be better than freeing 100 slaves.” (Nasā’ī: al-Sunan al-Kubrā 10588)
Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu ﷺ alisema:
“Yeyote atakayesema ‘Subḥānallāh’ mara 100 kabla ya jua kuchomoza na mara 100 kabla ya jua kuzama, itakuwa bora kuliko ngamia 100 (zinazochinjwa kwa ajili ya Mwenyezi Mungu). Yeyote atakayesema ‘Al-ḥamdu lillāh’ mara 100 kabla ya jua kuchomoza na mara 100 kabla ya jua kuzama, itakuwa bora kuliko farasi 100 ambapo atatuma mashujaa 100 (katika njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu). Yeyote atakayesema ‘Allāhu Akbar’ mara 100 kabla ya jua kuchomoza na mara 100 kabla ya jua kuzama, itakuwa bora kuliko kumwachilia huru watumwa 100.” (Nasā’ī: al-Sunan al-Kubrā 10657)
