Ubayy b. Kaʿb (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform Witr with three rakʿahs. In the first he would recite [Sūrah al-Aʿlā]; in the second [Sūrah al-Kafirun]; and in the third [Sūrah al-Ikhlas]. And he would say the Qunūt before bowing. And when he finished he would say [the above] three times, and would elongate the words the last time (i.e. the third time). (Nasā’ī 1699)
હઝરત ઉબ્બી બિન કઅબ (રઝિયલ્લાહુ અન્હુ) ફરમાવે છે કે રસૂલુલ્લાહ ﷺ વિત્રની ત્રણ રકઅત પઢતા હતા. પહેલી રકઅતમાં ‘સબ્બિહિસ્મ રબ્બિકલ અલા’, બીજી રકઅતમાં ‘કુલ યા અય્યુહલ કાફિરૂન’ અને ત્રીજી રકઅતમાં ‘કુલ હુવલ્લાહુ અહદ’ પઢતા હતા. અને દુઆ-એ-કુનૂત રૂકૂ કરતા પહેલાં પઢતા હતા. ત્યારબાદ જ્યારે વિત્રથી ફારિગ થતા, તો ફારિગ થવાના સમયે ત્રણ વખત ‘સુભાનલ મલિકિલ કુદ્દૂસ’ કહેતા અને છેલ્લે શબ્દોને ખેંચીને (આવાજ લાંબો કરીને) કહેતા.(નસાઈ)

ʿĀ’ishah (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhā) said, “One night, I noticed that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was missing. I found him (in the Masjid), in prostration with his feet upright; he was saying [the above]” (Nasā’ī 1100)
“હઝરત આયશા (રઝિયલ્લાહુ અન્હા) ફરમાવે છે કે એક રાત્રે મેં જોયું કે રસૂલુલ્લાહ ﷺ નજરે ન પડતા હતા. મેં તેમને (મસ્જિદમાં) સજદામાં જોયા, તેમના પગ સીધા રાખેલા હતા, અને તેઓ (ઉપર જણાવેલ કલિમાત) ફરમાવી રહ્યા હતા.”

હે અલ્લાહ! હું તારી નારાજગીથી તારી પનાહ માં આવું છું, તારી પકડથી તારી પનાહ માં આવું છું અને હું તારી પાસેથી ફરી તારી જ પનાહ માં આવું છું. હું પૂરી રીતે તારી તારીફ નહીં કરી શકું. તું એવો જ છે જેમ તુએ ખુદ પોતાની જાતની તારીફ કરી છે.

‘A’isha (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhā) reported: “One night, I was unable to find the Messenger of Allah ﷺ (in his bed). I thought that he might have gone to one of his other wives. I searched for him and then came back and (found him) in a state of bowing, or prostration, saying: [the above]. I said: ‘May my father and mother be sacrificed for you. I was thinking of (another) affair, whereas you are (occupied) in a different one.'” (Muslim 485)
હઝરત આયશા (રઝિયલ્લાહુ અન્હા) થી રિવાયત છે. તેઓ ફરમાવે છે કે એક રાત્રે મેં નબી કરીમ ﷺ ને મારા પાસે ન જોયા, તો મને ગુમાન થયો કે કદાચ આપ ﷺ પોતાની બીજી પત્નીઓ પાસે ગયા હશે. મેં શોધવાનું શરૂ કર્યું. પછી જ્યારે હું પાછી આવી, તો મેં નબી ﷺ ને રૂકૂ અથવા સજદામાં જોયા, અને આપ ﷺ કહી રહ્યા હતા: ‘સુભાનક વ બિહમ્દિક, લા ઇલાહા ઇલ્લા અંતા.’ ત્યારે મેં કહ્યું: ‘મારા મા-બાપ આપ ﷺ પર કુરબાન જાય! હું તો એક વિચારો અને ગમાનમાં હતી, અને આપ ﷺ તો એકદમ બીજા કામમાં મશગૂલ હતા.’
